The hidden costs of students failing professional exams to your organisation will shock you!!

The cost of an employee failing their exam extends far beyond the exam fee itself. It includes lost productivity, additional study leave, extra exam fees, operational disruption, client disruption, reputational branding and even the potential impact on team morale. In some cases, exam failure can cost the firm upwards of €8,000 PER EXAM!

Beyond the financial cost, exam failures can also result in lower employee engagement and a delayed career progression, which affects both the individual and the firm’s success.

If in the unfortunate situation that a student is let go from the organization due to exam failure, there could be sunk cost to the firm of between €50,000 to €70,000!!

It has been a while since I have done my ACA and CTA exams and things have changed a lot in that time!!!

I remember so vividly myself and Declan going into Griffith College in Dublin (after Friday nights out in Diceys....) to attend lectures from 9-5 all day Saturday and all day Sunday.
We had some great lecturers, some who I had the pleasure of working with in my own lecturing career (which happened to be with Griffith College!).

Now, all lectures are online and the flexibility is great especially when its a dark miserable winters morning/evening.

However, online lectures bring with them their own challenges.
