I facilitated a workshop recently with a firm help

I facilitated a workshop recently with a firm helping their students prepare for their upcoming study leave.

I asked them, with the help of "Menti", how they were feeling about their upcoming study leave.

I was not one bit surprised with the responses as I am seeing it everyday in my private coaching practice.

"Stressed" "overwhelmed" "nervous" "pressure" "panic" and there was of course a few that were excited.

What an inspiring and motivating 2 days we had in

What an inspiring and motivating 2 days we had in Mullingar at the Acorns celebration event.

This was the culmination of 6 months working with our fabulous, supportive and encouraging lead entrepreneur Alison Ritchie and with 6 other female entrepreneurs. Our businesses could not be more different but that was the beauty of learning from each other.

These brilliant women were Gemma Kingston from @thefamilyedit , @suenelsonartist , Siobhan Ring from @dottie.and.dora , Diletta Panero of @dp_languageservices , Susan Jago from @susanjagoknitwear , Patricia Armstrong from @theoutsourcedoffice .

Thank you so to Paula Fitzsimons and her team for organising a great event. Thanks also to Paula for asking me to share my business story to the Acorns. I was honoured and very proud to do so.

You can do absolutely anything you put your mind to as long as you have networks and supports to champion you.

It has been a good start to my week as all the ACC

It has been a good start to my week as all the ACCA students that I worked with over the past few months passed their exams.

I worked on different things with all the students, for some it was planning, for others it was time management especially procrastination and for others it was stress management.

On another note, I always seem to forget to ask my clients for reviews so I am starting a new habit!
